Privacy

Your details, plainly.

Last updated 13 October 2026

This page explains what FnF System collects on fnfsystem.com, why, and how to have it changed or deleted. Questions go to hello@fnfsystem.com.

When you ask for a call

The form asks for your name, email and phone number. We also note the page you sent it from and the time. These go into a private Google Sheet in our Google account, and we get an email telling us you asked. We use them only to reply to you and arrange the call.

You then pick a time on Google Calendar's booking page, which sits inside our page. Google runs that page, so the booking details you give there go to Google and to our calendar, and Google's privacy policy applies to it. If you are signed in to Google, Google may fill in your name and email for you.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they are (country or city), what device they use and how they found us. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. We also count two actions: sending the form and pressing “I’ve booked my call”. We do not use this for advertising, and we have turned off the optional sharing of this data with Google for its own products.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Email

Mail sent to hello@fnfsystem.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to our Gmail inbox, where we read and answer it.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while we are talking with you and for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to work with you for as long as we do.

Your choices

Email hello@fnfsystem.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days.
